Green Serenity is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the field of youth, aiming to promote young people's mental well-being through nature and outdoor therapy.
Improve youth stress resilience and well-being by providing knowledge, skills, and access to nature and outdoor therapy resources.
Increase the knowledge, skills, competences and intervention capacity of youth workers, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, health professionals and trainers.
Raise awareness among young people, youth trainers, educators and stakeholders about the benefits of nature and outdoor therapy for stress resilience and well-being.
